All products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns for:
 - Wrong size ordered
 - Buyer’s remorse
 - Address entry errors by the customer

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with another issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

 - Your order number
 - A photo of the item and the issue

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated time, please reach out to us. We’ll help investigate with the shipping carrier and provide options where applicable.
