Shipping policy

Order Processing and Production Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. This includes production time; your item is made to order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Once your order is fulfilled, estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. A tracking link will be provided.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and time of year (e.g. holidays, high volume).

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate of $3.50 for shipping. 

If your order totals $40 or more (before tax), shipping is free.

Orders with Multiple Items
Your items may ship together or separately depending on fulfillment timing. Shirts often ship together in one package. 

Some items, such as mugs, will ship separately from shirts, due to being fulfilled at different facilities. 

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at soundsgoodshirts@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
